Our story

We come from the field.

For years, we worked at the heart of humanitarian, community-based, and mission-driven organizations. We supported teams in crisis, stood alongside leaders under pressure, and navigated environments that were complex, unstable, and deeply human. We know these realities not only through theory, but through lived experience.

We loved these spaces. We gave them our energy, our commitment, and sometimes a part of ourselves. We learned in urgency, in solidarity, in tension, and in shared hope. We witnessed the extraordinary strength of purpose-driven organizations -  and also their fragility.

Today, we choose to continue serving these environments - differently.

With a broader perspective.
With wisdom shaped by experience.
With the conviction that sustainable engagement depends on the health of both systems and people.

 

Our expertise is technical - in strategic organizational development, change management, and psychological health at work. But above all, it is experiential. It is grounded in years on the ground, in demanding contexts, sometimes painful, always transformative.
