What many businesses have come to recognize as the "new normal" (the way businesses, clients and human resources will be managed in times of crisis since the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic) has been my reality for over two decades. My career has been shaped by leading social and humanitarian projects across political uncertainty, social, economic and environmental  crisises, in over 30 countries.

 

Serving as a volunteer board member, and as a senior executive in the not-for-profit, government, private, philanthropic, and innovation sectors, these experiences have deepened my ability for designing systems, structures, and behavioral transformations that foster healthy environments, vibrant ecosystems, and rewarding collaborations—ensuring that people thrive within their organizations.

Specializing in guiding individuals and organizations through change, crisis, and transformation, I draw inspiration from nature and regenerative systems. Just as living ecosystems are designed to adapt and flourish, I help organizations and their people cultivate resilience, agility, and sustainable success. With a strategic yet human-centered approach, I apply regenerative principles to leadership, culture, and organizational development—creating spaces where creativity, well-being, and long-term impact thrive. 

 

By integrating organizational anthropology (understanding how organizational members' culture influences their work, relationships, and overall organizational performance) with forward-thinking business strategies, I support leaders in navigating uncertainty with clarity and confidence. Whether guiding organizations through crises or helping teams build purpose-driven solutions, I bring a balance of vision, strategy, and care to every project and mandate. My goal is to foster meaningful transformation—empowering people, organizations, and the communities they serve to grow and succeed responsibly & sustainably.

In recognition of my contributions to public policy and civic engagement at municipal, provincial, and international levels, I was honored with the Marcel Côté Award from the Public Policy Forum of Canada in 2018. Additionally, I am the co-author of two books published by Les Malins Publishing House.
