With 25 years of experience leading organizations and teams in complex environments including climate-related disasters, armed conflicts, and socio-economic crises—I am dedicated to helping leaders and their teams embrace change, challenge conventional thinking, and transform their organizations into engines of responsible growth, innovation, and societal impact.
My journey
I am a strategic advisor and organizational development consultant with over 25 years of experience working at the intersection of humanitarian response, social innovation, and philanthropy. I have supported organizations and leadership teams across some of the world’s most complex environments — including Ukraine, Haiti, the Middle East, and West Africa — guiding them through crisis, institutional transformation, and large-scale change.
Through The Organiks, I work at the convergence of systems thinking, regenerative leadership, and psychological health. I help purpose-driven organizations align culture, governance, and strategy; strengthen trust and collective intelligence; and navigate transition with clarity and humanity.
My approach is deeply human and trauma-informed, shaped by years of frontline leadership in high-pressure contexts, in Canada and abroad. I am certified with Numinus Institute (recognized by the Ordre des psychologues du Québec and the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association), trained as a professional Peer-Supporter with the Swiss-based organization CoCreate Humanity, and hold a PTSD-informed practice certification from TELUQ University grounded in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (recognized by the OPQ). I am also a Board Member of UA Mental Health in Ukraine and a certified facilitator of The Working Mind program with the Mental Health Commission of Canada.
